Will I get access to all brands when signing up?
- No, you have to request to work with suppliers from Stedger Market. It is up the the supplier to determine if you can access their data.

Are your prices per supplier?
- No, you pay a monthly subscription for access to the system regardless of how many suppliers you work with. You can check out our pricing page to find out more.

Products



How do I connect products, that I already created?
- When connecting products we match with the SKU number for existing products in your shop system for most platforms.

Do you overwrite changes I make to products?
- We only update stock level and prices. So any content you've made or any pictures you've uploaded will remain untouched.

Why are products from a supplier missing?
- The suppliers determines the availability of products in your account. Usually the price list assigned to you have not been updated with the latest products yet. Reach out to the supplier to find out more.

Stock level is not correct in my shop
- First make sure that the product in question is a dropship product. You can see a blue "DS" mark on the product in Stedger. If it is not a dropship product, we don't update stock levels.

Orders



I received my first order. What do I do now?
- That's awesome! You can find out more about orders and how to handle them here

I cannot find my order
- If you cannot find an order in Stedger, it is usually because the product(s) in the order is not connected at all or is connected to the wrong product(s) in your shop system. You can always find an order under "Orders" and then "Unkown" in the top. In order make the order known so you can forward it, find out more here under point 5.

Can I cancel an order?
- If an order is in Stedger, and the order status is "Unfulfilled", then it has not been forwarded to the supplier yet. If the order status is "Forwarded" the order has been forwarded to the supplier, and you have to reach out to the supplier directly in order for them to help you cancel it.

Can I still dropship products with a coli size of more than 1?
- Coli size is not relevant for dropshipping orders. All products marked as "DS" will be sent as 1 product at a time.

Payment and billing



How will I be invoiced for orders?
We only charge for your subscription with us. All order related invoices will come directly from the different suppliers. Reach out to them find out terms and conditions.
