Import CSV
Go to "Product library" and click "Import".
Click "Import products" in the top right, and choose "Configure a new import".
Drag and drop or select a CSV file with your product data. Click on "Set up import".
Choose the fields from your CSV file found to the left, and simply drag and drop them into the matching fields.
(See all fields in the bottom of this guide together with an explanation).
You can add more fields by pressing “+ Add new field”.
(We recommend as many as possible to secure the best data quality leading to a higher sales potential).
You can follow along with how the products will be displayed in Stedger furthest to the right.
(You can also search for a category or specific SKU numbers.)
Once ready click “Import products” in the bottom right, and the products will be imported to Stedger.
(A short import summary will be displayed once finished.)
Save import mapping for future product updates to save time.
Share product data
Below are the fields currently supported through the CSV importer, together with an explanation of what the field means.
3 fields are required, but the rest are optional.

Product ID
Your unique product number/identifier.
Title
The title of the product. (For example: Cool Hat, Bamboo Curtain ect.) You can click “+ Add new field” and add multiple titles and simply choose the language. We support all languages you provide. It is possible to choose “Brand” together with “Title” to incorporate your brand name in the title.
SKU
The SKU number of the product. (Sometimes the same as the Product ID).
Barcode
The EAN or GTIN number of the product. (If you don’t have one just ignore this field).
Description
The description of the product if available. You can click “+ Add new field” and add multiple descriptions and simply choose the language. We support all languages you provide.
Price
The cost price a retailer will be invoiced. You can click “+ Add new field” and add multiple prices. We support all currencies you provide.
Dropship fee
The fee you charge for shipping and handling. This will be added to the cost price, to make the price more transparent for retailers. You can click “+ Add new field” and add dropship fees in multiple currencies. We support all currencies you provide.
RRP
The recommended retail price you wish your products to be displayed at on your retailers’ webshop. You can click “+ Add new field” and add multiple retail prices in different currencies. We support all currencies you provide.
Image
All images available for the product. You can drag and drop the Image URL’s in the order you want. (We only support picture URL’s for the importer. If you have images stored another way we can help you out. Just write us in the chat function on your Stedger account).
Inventory
The current inventory available for the product. This can be updated by importing a file with updated inventory. (To update you only have to map the required fields together with the inventory.)
Accepts dropship orders
Yes/No to whether or not you wish for a product to be available for dropshipping.
Length
The length of the product.
Width
The width of the product.
Height
The height of the product.
Netto weight
The weight of the product itself.
Gross weight
The total weight of the product with packaging.
Tare weight
The weight of the packaging itself. (Gross weight minus Netto weight).
Variant option
The options for each variant of the product, such as size or weight. Both a name (Size, color etc.), and a value (Small, large, etc.) is required.
NOTE: It only makes sense to use this option, if you have multiple variants (sku’s) per product id.
Coli size
The amount of products being sent at once. (For example: Dining chair - Set of 2 can have a coli size 2).
Tag
Relevant products tags or seasonal tags. (For example: Coffe table, Wood, Oak, Brown, Indorr, ss24)
