Articles on: Getting started - retailers

Start selling

Now you're ready to publish products on your store in no time.

Choose and publish products

Click Product Library -> Shared Products.

Shared products are all the products you can choose from. The product library is where your selected products will show.

Choose the products you want to publish on your store. You can search or use filters in order to find what you're looking for.

Click Add products to library after selecting them.

If you change your filters, change the page or start a new search, the selection will be removed, so make sure you add the selected products to the library before doing any of those things again.

Go to your Product Library and select all products by clicking the checkbox below the search bar.

Click Connect products.

That's it - your products are now automatically published on your store and kept up-to-date according to your settings. They should have a status of "Connected" in the Product Library view.

Filtering options

It can be hard to work with thousands of products at once. With filters you can make it a lot easier.

There are filters in both the Product Library and Shared Products.

Some filters might not be available in Product Library at the moment.

Click on the "Filter" button to the right of the search box to see the following filter options:

Supplier
Choose a supplier to only show their products.

Accept order types
Choose between "dropship" and "purchase order" order types to show products that can be dropshipped or bought wholesale.

In library
Choose to show products either 1) in your library, 2) in your library and connected to your show or 3) products that are not in your Product Library.

Inventory
Filter by a certain supplier stock amount. For instance choosing "Is great than 9" will only show products with 10 or more in stock.

Colli size
Filter by how many units are shipped in a box.

Delivery time
If available, filter by a certain max or minimum delivery time.

SKU
Filter by a specific SKU. Use the search bar to search for part of the SKU.

Brand
Filter to show brands that contain the text you input.

And in the Product Library, you can also use:

Connection status
Filter by the connection status of the product.
Connected: In your library and connected to your shop.
Inactive: In your library and not connected to your shop. Select and publish to connect.
Connecting: The product is currently being connected to your shop.
Error: Something went wrong when trying to connect the product. See the error message to resolve the issue.

Supplier availability
Filter by available and unavailable products. Unavailable products are no longer being sold by the supplier.

Finally it is also possible to search directly for a SKU, name or something else, in the search bar.
