Manual fulfillment
When handling orders manually, you will receive an email every time a new order needs your attention.
Email preferences can be managed if you click on your name in the top right, and click "Profile".
This guide will be split up into the following:
Order types
Order status
How to manage
Orders will be split up into wholesale orders and dropship orders.
Wholesale orders will have a green PO mark in the order view.
Dropshop orders will have a blue DS mark in the order view.
The different status' are:
Unfulfilled
The order needs your attention.
Accepted
This means you have accepted the order and are currently handling it.
Fulfilled
This means you have completed the order and shipped it.
Click the link in the email we sent, or find the order page in Stedger.
Accept or reject the order.
Handle the order in your internal order system like you normally would.
Fulfill the order in Stedger and fill out shipping information.
It isn't required, but recommended as this is forwarded to the retailer.
