Dropship orders
Dropship orders are sent directly from the supplier to the end-customer.

Orders in Stedger will have different statuses.
Unfulfilled
The order has one or more published products, but has not been sent to the suppliers yet.
Forwarded
The order has been sent to the supplier, but not marked as shipped/fulfilled yet.
Fulfilled
The order has been fully completed and shipped by the supplier.
Ignored
The order has been ignored.
This is either because the dropship product is already in your own stock, or because the order doesn't contain a dropship product.
Ignored order lines can be overwritten in certain cases.
Unknown
Unknown orders don't include any products known to Stedger.
You can however manually match the product to any available product from your products in Stedger.
In orders > Filter by Unknown in the top > Choose the correct order > Click the 3 dots > Click Edit
Search for the SKU number and choose the correct product. Once chosen, you will now have the option to forward the order.
The order will now be visible in the order view.
